1. Services Provided

PowerUp provides remote Medical Virtual Assistant services for healthcare professionals, focused on administrative tasks such as:

  • Appointment scheduling
  • Patient coordination
  • Data entry
  • Medical billing support (non-licensed)

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws.

Avoid sharing sensitive medical or patient data unless agreed upon under HIPAA-secure conditions (if applicable).

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing is outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
  • Fees are billed in advance or on a recurring basis depending on the service package.
  • Late or missed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Confidentiality

We treat your business information with strict confidentiality. You are also responsible for safeguarding access credentials and sensitive content shared with your assigned VA.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30-day notice.
We reserve the right to suspend service for breach of terms or nonpayment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Services are provided “as is” without warranties, unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content, logos, and branded material on the website are property of PowerUp Virtual Assistant Services and may not be reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
